Thank you for your letter of July 21^st, 2009 relating your complaints about the damage televisions which crushed when the goods was delivered to your warehouse.

We feel so sorry that the goods are damage. It occurred because the destination to your warehouse is little bit hard, the road was not good and it made the truck has some movement on the way.

We are glad to replace these damage goods and they would be delivered two days later by express air cargo. They would reach you within three days from today.
